It has been a long time since I posted, and we have so many things to update on. One of the things we did a month or so ago was get some precious pics taken by my dear friend Kathryn Cline. She is so good at photography, and she took time to take pictures of Riley Beth with my nephews. The boys were all over the place, but she got some great ones. Here are just a few.

Precious!
Precious! That is my little girl. This past weekend we went to Ben's brother's wedding in Charleston, SC, and Riley Beth was the Flower Girl. She was PRECIOUS! More pics to come from this past weekend. But Riley Beth is amazing me more and more everyday. She has the sweetest spirit. Every morning when she leaves to go to school (Ben takes her in the morning), she yells out "Bye Bye Mommy, Love you!!" It melts my heart. She will sing the entire song of twinkle twinkle little star at the top of her lungs. She even has most of her ABCs down pat as well as counting past 10. But my favorite thing she is up to is when you ask her to smile, she puts her two index fingers at her cheeks and gives me the biggest smile. I am so thankful for this sweet little girl, and I can't wait to see the woman God has intended for her to be. I pray she always maintains the sweet, loving spirit she has today, and I am so proud of her.

Lot's of Crazy...But Lot's of Exciting!!!
Yes, I know I have not done a formal post for forever. I feel kind of like our life has been on a tilt-a-whirl lately (including the nausea at times:)), but it has been fun!!! If you didn't catch the nausea comment....Riley Beth is going to be a BIG SIS!!!
Let's see last time I posted, we were moving into my parent's house for a month because we rented out our old house. We found a new one, which we love...see below (no pics of the inside b/c it is messy right now). About a week after we moved in, I found out I was pregnant!!! Needless to say, I haven't gotten the house completely put together yet due to all of the craziness, but we are really enjoying it.
Since I last posted, RB has also become a firecracker. She is talking and singing all over the place, and she sure has some sass. But she is hilarious! Her favorite things right now are definitely singing, playing with her baby doll, playing with Cloey our dog (RB teases her so bad, but the dog just takes it), "cooking", and playing outside. She is still extremely affectionate, which I love. She will cuddle with you all the time. In the past couple of months she got her first haircut, has enjoyed cheering on the tide, gone to the beach with friends(first ice cream cone experience). I've realized life with kids put you in fast-forward mode, and I know it doesn't slow down for a while...but it is so fun!

New Project...Toy Kitchen
Ok, so I am inspired. I have wanted to buy Riley Beth a new cute kitchen because she LOVES kitchens. I was going to get one in the upcoming consignment sales, but I have a new idea.
I was looking around, and I saw this ADORABLE kitchen made out of an old entertainment center. I took a look at it and said "I can totally do that" (maybe with a little bit of Ben's help). Isn't it SO cute!!! I found an old entertainment center on craigslist for $25 that I am going to get, and the project begins.....
I'll let you know how it goes (hopefully I won't give up). In the meantime, take a look at the link and the precious little girl that was so excited to get her new kitchen.

We haven't disappeared...
Well many of you know that our life has been a little scattered lately. We have moved out of our old house, which we loved while we were there. And even though we haven't sold it we have a wonderful renter which is great. We have been living with my parents for a month while we wait to close and move into our new house. My parents have been so generous to house us during this time, and Riley Beth has LOVED all the attention. My little sister is home from college, so it is a packed house. We move into our new house Labor Day, and I will be posting those pics soon. In the meantime here are a few things we have done while at Mimi and Papa's... Make Funny Faces with Aunt Sarah (see pic below), go swimming with the boys (my nephews), let Aunt Sarah paint our toenails, go to Learning Express and play with all the great toys (see pics), going to some great b'day parties and much more!! It has been fun, but it will be nice to get settled somewhere permanent.
